1. Cancellation Before Delivery
Before indicator access, scripts, or downloadable materials are provided, you may request cancellation within seven days of receiving written contract details.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are not categorically excluded and are handled according to the delivery status of the digital content and applicable law.
2. After Consent to Immediate Delivery
If the purchaser acknowledges the cancellation restriction, expressly consents to immediate delivery of digital content, and delivery begins, cancellation for a change of mind may be restricted to the extent permitted by law. The restriction is clearly disclosed immediately before checkout and the purchaser confirms the decision to proceed.
3. If Delivery Differs from the Description or Contract
If the product is delivered differently from its description, advertising, or contract, cancellation may be requested within three months of delivery or within 30 days of the date you knew or could have known of the discrepancy.
4. Errors and Duplicate Charges
For a verified duplicate charge, inability to deliver, or major functional error attributable to us, the purchaser may choose between a full refund and proper delivery. Issues related to the user's environment or third-party platform settings will first be reviewed through technical support.
5. How Requests Are Processed
To request a refund, send the order email address, order number, and reason to customer support. Once a valid cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued within the time and by the method required by law, and the license will terminate when the refund is made.
6. Statutory Rights Prevail
This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, mandatory provisions protecting the consumer prevail.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal in Whop: Profile > Orders > your subscription > Cancel membership. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. If not renewed, access ends after that period.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds of initial and renewal payments are reviewed based on delivery, errors, duplicate charges, non-conformity and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal, termination and reimbursement rights, including undelivered portions, remain protected; starting use does not categorically exclude refunds for the remaining period.
Existing purchases and separate products
Existing EdgeTrend lifetime buyers keep their original purchase terms. MA Guide remains a separate $19 one-time product and is not included in the EdgeTrend subscription.
