Prepare a delivery or refund request
Email chartarmory@gmail.com with the order email, order number and reason. For access issues, include the TradingView username and error screenshot, hiding passwords and payment details. Access must be checked; payment alone does not prove delivery. Eligibility and deadlines follow the refund policy linked below, without limiting statutory rights.
Delivery
To prevent duplicate grants, we match your requested username with the user who boosted before granting access. Access remains free until a separate end notice.
License
The purchase provides a non-exclusive personal license for one TradingView account. Sharing, extraction, redistribution, and resale are prohibited.
Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal may be requested before access is supplied under applicable law and the stated period. After explicit consent to immediate digital delivery, change-of-mind withdrawal may be limited, while rights for non-conforming delivery or duplicate payment remain. Contact chartarmory@gmail.com.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal in Whop: Profile > Orders > your subscription > Cancel membership. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. If not renewed, access ends after that period.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds of initial and renewal payments are reviewed based on delivery, errors, duplicate charges, non-conformity and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal, termination and reimbursement rights, including undelivered portions, remain protected; starting use does not categorically exclude refunds for the remaining period.
Limited free access
To prevent duplicate grants, we match your requested username with the user who boosted before granting access. Access remains free until a separate end notice.
Review method
We cross-check the current product configuration, a continuous chart period, and the published purchase and refund policy. Examples explain the workflow and do not promise future performance.
