We collect only necessary information and use it solely for the stated purposes.
To compare page designs, we store a random identifier and design assignment in your browser for up to 90 days. Assignment, visits, purchase clicks and completed payments are linked for conversion analysis and processed by Vercel. Clearing site data resets the identifier. At the purchase-information stage, we collect an email address for purchase information and customer support. During Whop checkout, your name, email, billing details, order number, payment status, purchased product, and membership information may be processed. Raw payment credentials such as card numbers are handled directly by Whop and its payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
Emails submitted only for purchase information are deleted within 30 days after the information service ends or consent is withdrawn. Records of contracts, cancellations, payment, and supply are retained for five years, while consumer complaint and dispute-resolution records are retained for three years. Information subject to statutory retention is stored separately for the required period.
To process payments and host the service as needed to form and perform the contract, Whop, Inc. and Vercel, Inc. may process information in the United States. At checkout, account, contact, billing, order, payment-status, product, and membership information is transferred to Whop over encrypted networks for payment, order administration, refunds, and access management. When you use the site or its APIs, IP addresses, request and diagnostic logs, order references, and webhook records are transferred to Vercel over encrypted networks for hosting, security, and incident response. Each provider retains information only as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties, then deletes it under its retention practices. You may refuse the transfer and continue browsing, but checkout and order processing will be unavailable. Send transfer questions or suspension requests to customer support.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information, and may withdraw consent. Requests can be submitted to the privacy contact below and will be handled without undue delay unless a statutory exception applies.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including least-privilege access, encryption in transit, access-log management, and regular access reviews.
We use your email and language to manage subscriptions and send confirmation and briefing emails through Resend. Unconfirmed addresses are removed from our site storage during scheduled cleanup after the 24-hour expiry; unsubscribed addresses are removed when the request is processed. A pseudonymous suppression identifier remains. The provider retains its own records separately.
When you request an MA Guide invite we collect your TradingView username, chosen language, referral source and request time, and use them only to grant TradingView script access and confirm the request. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used only as a hash for an hourly request limit. Data is stored with Vercel (USA), forwarded to the operator via Telegram, and deleted within 90 days after the campaign ends. Deletion requests: chartarmory@gmail.com.
We use your TradingView username, email, requested indicator, language, consent records and request, verification and grant times for invitation and installation notices. Advertising consent is separate and optional; refusal does not affect free access. Data uses private Vercel storage; Resend handles verification and installation emails. The owner helper shows only a username and request ID. Email verification is not proof of TradingView account ownership; the owner grants access in the official interface. Unverified requests become eligible for removal after 30 days; an administrative retention run removes their email and username. Verified records are held for access notices until erasure is requested. Withdraw advertising consent or request erasure through the email links or chartarmory@gmail.com. Pseudonymous identifiers remain for duplicate and suppression protection. Erasure does not automatically remove TradingView access. (USA, privacy@vercel.com), using private US iad1 storage and APIs. When sending, email, indicator, language, request identifiers and confirmation links go over TLS to Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, USA, privacy@resend.com). Sending uses Tokyo, Japan; storage remains in the USA. Resend retains email/log data for 30 days and backups for 7 days, with possible legal exceptions. Verified records remain until access notices end or erasure is requested. Access/correction requests use our contact. Refusing necessary processing prevents this email-invitation service, not browsing other content. Advertising stays disabled pending separate review. Request TradingView access removal separately if desired.
The TradingView username you submit after buying EdgeTrend is stored with your payment ID and used only to grant access to the invite-only script and show your order status. To verify the payment we look up its status, plan and checkout email at Whop; the operator is notified via Telegram. Data is deleted within one year after the subscription ends. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the visit-record API from automated requests. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, TLS fingerprints, browser and site information for security; it does not verify personal identity. Vercel processes validation outcomes and random browser identifiers. The visit identifier cookie lasts up to one year and the signed validation cookie up to one day, with validation renewed each day. Different devices used by one person may be counted separately. Browsers with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track enabled are excluded.
