1. Service and Contract
The product name, price, delivery method, support scope, and refund terms are displayed before payment. After payment, the purchaser receives the contract details electronically.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the purchase and use of ChartArmory digital indicators and related guides.
2. License
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. Unless otherwise stated for a product, use is limited to one person and one account. Resale, redistribution, group-purchase sharing, code copying or extraction, access through another person's account, trademark removal, and creation of similar products are prohibited.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Features or compatibility may change because of policies, functionality, versions, outages, or service termination involving TradingView, Pine Script, or exchanges. We provide reasonable guidance and support but do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions
Access may be restricted after prior notice if unlawful use, access-control circumvention, security breaches, indicator sharing or sales, or infringement of our or a third party's rights is confirmed. In urgent security or rights-infringement cases, action may be taken before notice.
5. Scope of Liability
The service is an informational tool that supports investment decisions and does not guarantee profit or the avoidance of loss. Liability for indirect or special damages is limited to the extent permitted by law, without excluding liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence or any statutory consumer rights.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties will first seek resolution through customer support. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and the competent court under its Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory rules, including consumer dispute resolution standards, prevail.
Choose billing period
EdgeTrend is a subscription for one TradingView account. Choose $19 monthly or $149 billed annually in one payment. Your selected plan automatically bills $19 each month or $149 each year until canceled. Applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown at checkout.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal in Whop: Profile > Orders > your subscription > Cancel membership. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. If not renewed, access ends after that period.
Existing purchases and separate products
Existing EdgeTrend lifetime buyers keep their original purchase terms. MA Guide remains a separate $19 one-time product and is not included in the EdgeTrend subscription.
